Scott is prompt, friendly, and accommodating. I cannot give a higher recommendation… Scott at Reliable Rides accepted my last minute request and was in my driveway within 10 minutes. He made sure his previously booked customers were transported on time and fit me in as well. I will use Reliable Rides again!

Scott and his lovely wife, Gena, drove my family group of 13 around for a wonderful day out at the wineries and breweries in Nelson county, VA, to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. My Airbnb host recommended Scott for our winery tour and from first contact Scott was extremely friendly, polite and professional. He truly works to accommodate your every need. He and his wife drove our group in 2 clean and comfy minivans. They were very flexible with their time and even stayed longer when we were having too much fun to end the day! They were so kind with our kids as well. They offered to run out and pick up sandwiches while we were at the winery so we didn’t have to waste any time between our destinations. We were able to completely customize our tour and Scott was very helpful with recommendations for family friendly spots as well. Chatting with Scott and Gena was like reconnecting with old friends!! We had looked into a few of the (much more expensive) limo companies and we are so glad we chose to go with reliable rides. They offered the best, customized, flexible and friendly service we never could’ve gotten with a bigger company. Not to mention the price was much more reasonable.
